Thomas E Koropatnicki

Thomas E. Koropatnicki, 66, of Pembina, ND passed away Thursday, October 6, 2016 at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 10, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Pembina Evangelical Free Church, Pembina, ND. Visitation will be held at the church from noon until the time of services on Monday. Burial will be held in the Hamilton Cemetery, Hamilton, ND.
Thomas Emery Koropatnicki was born March 2, 1950, in Grafton to William & Myrtle (Basher) Koropatnicki. He graduated from Cavalier High School in 1968. He attended college at Wahpeton graduating in 1970. On October 10, 1970, he married Barbara Kemp at Leroy. Tom spent many years in the farming industry. He was currently employed at Duty Free America in Pembina. Things Tom enjoyed were gardening, hunting, Nascar racing & spending time with his family. He was a devoted husband, father & grandfather.
Tom is survived by his wife Barbara; son, Greg (Corie) Koropatnicki , Pembina, ND; daughters: Lisa (Dave) Hilbert, Carrington, ND, Kim (Jeff) Jerome, Pembina, ND, Bethany (Jerad) Newgard , Mandan, ND, Brittany Koropatnicki (Josh Mudgette) Westminster, CO and Kayla (Theron) Kallander, Fargo,ND, fifteen grandchildren: Brady and Cassie Koropatnicki, Madison, Cole, Kylie and Kaitlyn Solwey, Bayley, Taylor, and Morgan Jerome, Emery and Ryker Newgard, Sam, Carsyn, Coltyn and Clayre Hilbert.
He is also survived by siblings: Terry (Barb) Koropatnicki, Cavalier, ND, Carol (Terry) Scheel, Alpena, SD, Mary (Bob) Funk, Deer Park, WA, Julie (Mike) Hilber, Fargo, ND, Tim (Delyte) Koropatnicki, Pingree, ND, Brenda (Jerry) Sagert, Fargo, ND, Holly Jones; Payallup, WA, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
