Theresa Carignan

Theresa R. Carignan, 59, of Cavalier, ND passed away Monday, April 30, 2012, at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 4, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. at the Cavalier Presbyterian Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 3rd from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial in the Cavalier Cemetery.
Theresa R. Storey was born March 31, 1953, at Walhalla, ND to Hilliard and Cecelia (Campeau) Storey. She grew up in Hoople, ND and graduated from Valley High School in 1972. She enjoyed driving truck for local potato farmers and especially loved baking and cooking.
On May 17, 1986, she married Jack Carignan at Cavalier. He survives as do her children: Jason (Gia) Brown, Fargo, ND and Katherine Carignan, Cavalier; grandchild, Aiden Brown; father, Hilliard Storey, Cavalier; siblings: Carol (Ken) Ault, Cavalier, Garnet (Linda) Storey, Grand Forks, ND, and Marilyn (Kevin) Shephard, Langdon, ND, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her mother, Cecelia.
