Robert N. Hildebrant

Robert N. Hildebrant age 72, of Cavalier, ND died on Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at his home. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 23, 2009, at 10:30 a.m. at the Our Savior Lutheran Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 22nd from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Visitation at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial in the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery, rural St. Thomas, ND.
Robert was born February 26, 1937, near Cavalier to Malcome and Laura (Kihne) Hildebrant.
On August 28, 1960, he married Judy Felt at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, St. Thomas, ND. They lived and farmed in the Cavalier area. After retiring from farming he became a licensed insurance agent and worked for the Drayton State Bank, Walsh County Mutual, Minto, ND and Choice Financial, Walhalla, ND.
Survivors include his wife, Judy; children, Lisa (Allen) Cull, Cavalier and Kristen Hildebrant, in NY; grandchildren, Michael Cull and fiancée Lesley Lubenow, Alisa (Steve) Pierce, Laura Cull, and Allyson Cull; mother, Laura Hildebrant, Cavalier; sisters, Delma Hartz, Ruth Ann (Dennis) Thom, Jane (Ronnie) Falk all of Cavalier, ND and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law, Lloyd Hartz.
Clergy: Rev. Adam L. Scheblein.
Casket Bearers: Allan Cull, Michael Cull, Christopher Falk, Keith Hartz, Rodger Hartz, and Steve Pierce.
Honorary Pallbearers: Ronnie Falk, Anthony Felt, John Felt, Walter Felt, Randy Hartz, Bob McFadden, and Dennis Thom.
