Patricia K. Burns

Patricia K. Burns age 58 of Cavalier, ND and formerly of Sun Prairie, WI passed away peacefully on Friday, November 7, 2008, at the Wedgewood Manor, Cavalier, ND. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial in the Riverview Memorial Gardens, Lancaster, MN.
Patty Oasheim was born August 12, 1950 in Hallock, MN to Roy and Ruth (Swenson) Oasheim. She grew up and attended school at Pembina and was later employed by the state of Wisconsin for over 30 years.
She is survived by her sons, Justin and Garrett Burns, and their father, Joseph Burns, of Columbia, MO, mother, Ruth Oasheim, Hoople, ND, siblings, Cheryl "Susie" (Edmund) Gallagher, Sun Prarie, WI, Richard (Connie) Oasheim, Cavalier, ND, Donald (Michelle) Oasheim, Powers Lake, WI, Anita Oasheim and David Oasheim, both of Hoople, ND, Todd Oasheim, Park River, ND, nine nieces and nephews will also miss Aunt Patty, as well as one great niece and nephew.
Preceding her in death was her father, Roy Oasheim.
