Orval L. Anderson

Orval L. Anderson, age 88, of Osnabrock, ND died on Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at the Pembilier Nursing Center, Walhalla, ND. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 3, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. at the Walhalla Assembly of God Church, Walhalla, ND. Visitation on Friday, March 2nd from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the Nelson-Askew Funeral Home, Walhalla, ND. Visitation at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial in the Vang Cemetery.
Orval L. Anderson was born June 10, 1918, near Vang to Bert and Minnie (Johnson) Anderson. He grew up and attended school in the Numedahl area. After serving in the U.S. Army during World War II, he farmed in the Numedahl area. He retired and moved to Osnabrock where he made his home.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Orval was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Rose Gendron and Lillie Underberg; and brothers, Donald, Vern, Raymond, and one brother in infancy.

Casket Bearers: Jake Anderson, Chad Gendron, Jay Gendron, Matt Hanson, Randal Jerome, and Francis Longtine.
