Michael Slotto

Michael A. Slotto, 60, Cavalier, ND passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at his home. A memorial service will be held Friday, April 20, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Visitation for one hour before the time of services.

Michael was born April 6, 1958 at Cavalier, ND to Alfred and Donna (Skaro) Slotto. He grew up in Langdon and Cavalier. Mike then operated a Service Master cleaning business in Mississippi. In 2004, he returned to Devils Lake where he worked at Summers Manufacturing and moved to Cavalier in 2014, where he worked for Rustan-Pflaum Construction.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being with his dogs and the outdoors.

Mike is survived by his children: Sean (Jordan) Alford and Morgan (Jeff) Grones, all of Grenada, MS; grandchildren: Emma Grace, Mason, and Nathan; mother, Donna Slotto, Cavalier, ND; siblings: Peggy (Rob) Yeary, Red Wing, MN, Mark (Laura) Slotto, Lakota, ND, Patty (Rodger) Helgoe and Mitch (Chris) Slotto, all of Cavalier, and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death was his father, Alfred.
