Marleene Paul

Marleene Paul, 76, of Fargo, ND passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2015, at her home. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held Friday, April 10th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial will be held in the Zion Cemetery, Hoople, ND.
Marleene was born November 30, 1938, at Grafton, ND to Norman and Gladys (Brubakken) Bjorneby. On August 31, 1956, she married Eugene Troftgruben at Hoople, ND. Eugene passed away September 23, 1974. She married Allan Paul on December 1, 1994, in Las Vegas, NV.
She is survived by her husband, Allan; children: Melanie Troftgruben (Rex Cotten), Bozeman, MT, Gregory (Pamela) Troftgruben, Buxton, ND, Mary (Dan) Hurtt, Hoople, ND; step-daughter, Sue (Rob) Green, St. Thomas, ND; grandchildren: Ryan Troftgruben, Gina Troftgruben; Tabetha Hurtt, Marlee Hurtt; step-grandchildren: Nathan (Melissa) Green, Matthew Green; step-great-grandchildren: Sam, Jack, and Ben Green; sister, Nancy (Keith) Jordahl, Park Rapids, MN.
Preceding her in death were her parents; infant son, Jay; husband, Eugene Troftgruben; brother, Roger Bjorneby.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Hospice of the Red River Valley, Roger Maris Cancer Center, or the Sanford Children's Health Research Center.
