Louise M. Dusterhoft age 68 of Buena Park, CA., and Cavalier, ND., died on Monday, March 7, 2005 at her home in Buena Park. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 13, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. at the United Lutheran Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial in the Neche Lutheran Cemetery.
Louise M. Stark was born July 25, 1936, at Neche, ND., to Adolph and Anna (Schweitzer) Stark. She grew up and attended the East Leroy School through the 8th grade.
On April 21, 1954, she married Donald Dusterhoft at Cavalier, ND. They lived in Glasston and Cavalier where she worked at the Ault's Superette. In October of 1963, the family moved to California where she worked part time as a waitress and full time homemaker. She especially enjoyed gardening as well as camping in their motorhome.
She was a member of Bethel Lutheran Church, Buena Park, CA.
Louise is survived by her husband of 50 years, Don, sons, Roger (Renee) Dusterhoft, Osceola, MO., Kurt (Cinnamon) Dusterhoft, Somersworth, NH., daughters, Dorinda (Jon) Gilmore, Westminster, CA., Carolyn (Michael) Coates, Cypress, CA., and Joni (John) McGrath, Buena Park, CA., eight grandchildren, brothers, Mel (Kay) Stark, Marvin (Marlys) Stark all of Cavalier, ND., Curt (Jackie) Stark, Orangevale, CA., sisters, Lois (Jim) Winzer, Grand Forks, ND., Karen (Vern) Seboe, Park River, ND., Janice (John) Hebert, Bismarck, ND., and Cathy (Tom) Sommers, Cavalier, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, David Stark and sister, Sandra Stark.
