Lois Norma Blair

Lois Norma Blair, the daughter of Merle and Mary (Belanus) Blair, was born on July 9, 1952 at Langdon, ND. She lived at home until February of 1958 when she entered the State School in Grafton. After she left the school, she lived in a group home there until 1986 when she moved to Grand Forks, where Development Homes supervised her care. It was during this time when Lois had the opportunity for employment and worked for the Ground Round.
In November of 2001 she moved to the Pembilier Nursing Center in Walhalla, and made her home there until moving to the Aneta Parkview Health Center in February of 2004.
Lois' greatest joy was her family and friends. She loved music, playing bingo, and bowling.
Left to cherish her memory are her mother: Mary Blair of Walhalla, ND; her sisters: Myrna (Jerry) Bietz of East Peoria, IL, and Elsie (Bruce) Magnus of Langdon, ND; her brother: Ross (Lila) Blair of Walhalla, ND; her nieces and nephews: Matthew Bietz, Melanie Bietz, Ryan (Amy) Magnus, Malia Magnus, Carmen Magnus, Nathan Blair, Jennifer Blair, Elizabeth Blair, and Cullen Blair; other relatives and friends.
Lois was preceded in death by her father; and one sister in infancy.
