Lloyd J. Duerr

Lloyd J. Duerr, 75, of Nekoma, ND passed away Thursday, October 9, 2014, at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Fargo, ND. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the Brooks Funeral Home, Langdon, ND. There will be visitation for one hour before the time of services. Burial will be held in the Nekoma Lutheran Cemetery, Nekoma, ND.
Lloyd John Duerr was born June 11, 1939, at Munich, ND to Alfred and Dorothy (Buntjer) Duerr. He graduated from Nekoma High School and then served in the U.S. Army. After his discharge from the service he worked for area farmers.
He is survived by his brothers: Glen, Tacoma, WA, Ray, Osnabrock, ND, James, Nekoma, ND, and Robert (Joyce), Langdon, ND; sisters-in-law: Veronica Duerr and Phyllis Schwan; nephews: David, Tom, Rick, Glen Jr, and Jeff; nieces: Debra Nelson, Deanna Schwanke, and Tia Duerr.
Preceding him in death were his parents; brothers: Alfred Jr. and Richard; sister-in-law, Sandra; nephew, Robert, Jr.
