Lillian Weiss

Lillian Weiss age 86 of Neche, ND died on Tuesday, July 25, 2006, at 4000 Valley Square-Woodside Village. Funeral service will be held Friday, July 28, 2006, at 2:30 p.m. at the Christ Lutheran Church, Neche, ND. Visitation will be held Friday at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial in the Neche Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements with Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND.
Lillian Schweitzer was born October 5, 1919, at Neche, ND to Phillip and Katrina (Kierre) Schweitzer. She grew up and lived in the Neche area her entire life.
On June 21, 1944, she married Walter W. Weiss at Neche. Walter passed away on April 26, 2004.
She is survived by her children, Carol (Matt) Lipp, Strasburg, ND and their children, Stacy and Kevin; Colleen (Marty) Just, Ankeny, IA and their children, Chris and Mike (Beth); Wayne (Evie) Weiss, Grand Forks, ND and their children, Kory and Kim; and Loren Weiss, Neche, ND; brothers, Arnold (Betty) Schweitzer, Puyallup, WA and Leonard (Midge) Schweitzer, Spokane, WA.
Lillian was also preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Johnny, Elmer, Earl, and Kenneth Schweitzer; and sisters, Anna Stark and Rose Watts.
