Kenneth J. Carl

Kenneth James Carl age 78 of Cavalier, ND. and formerly of Grand Forks, ND., died on Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 6, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Brigid of Ireland Catholic Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial in the St. Brigid of Ireland Cemetery, Cavalier, ND. Arrangement with Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND.
Kenneth James Carl was born December 15, 1926, at Grand Forks, ND., to Ted and Helen (Moga) Carl. He grew up and attended school in Grand Forks. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Ken lived in Renton, WA., where he worked as a machinist for Pacific Car and Foundry. In November of 2004, he moved to Cavalier to live with his sister Bonnie.
He is survived by his sister, Bonnie Jeffords, Cavalier, ND., brother, Roger Carl, Grand Forks, ND. and several nieces and nephews.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Elayn Reishus and Corrine Colter, and brothers, Jerry, George, and Robert Carl.
