Joseph James Goodoien

Joseph James “Joey” Goodoien infant son of Ryan and Shelbie (Day) Goodoien was born with his angel wings on Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Sanford Medical Center, Fargo, ND. A service for family and friends closest to the family will be held Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Crystal, ND.

Joseph was an incredibly active, strong baby boy. He loved to kick big brother Oliver through Mommy's belly. He had a beautiful head of hair and the same button nose as Oliver and Mommy.

Joseph is survived by his parents, Ryan and Shelbie; older brother, Oliver Goodoien; grandparents: Jim and Dianne Goodoien and Jackie Luety; aunts and uncles: Tanya (Lance) Wieler and their children Gwyneth, Logan and Beau; Ashley (Kameren) Johnson and their children Kyle and Aubree; Kylie (Andrew) Eggers; Brandon (Teah) Luety; and Bryer Day (Zulema Loya).

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald Joseph Luety; uncle in infancy, Scott David Goodoien; cousins: Lydia, Josiah, Christian, and Gabriel “Gabe” Johnson.
