Idamae T. Verville, 89, of Walhalla, ND passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012, at her home in Walhalla. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, July 20, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Walhalla. Visitation will be held Thursday, July 19th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Nelson-Askew Funeral Home, Walhalla. Burial in the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery.

Idamae Morin was born April 2 1923 at Walhalla to Camille and Pearl (Moore) Morin. She grew up in the Walhalla area and graduated from Walhalla High School.

On January 7, 1942, she married Leo Verville in Los Angeles, CA. While he was serving his country during World War II she worked at the Walhalla State Bank. They lived in various locations throughout the U.S. She especially enjoyed traveling and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and active in the Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Leo; sons: Cameron Verville, Lake Havasu City, AZ, James (Mavis) Verville, Brainerd, MN, Michael (Peggy) Verville, Rapid City, SD, Patrick (Jackie) Verville, Highlands Ranch, CO, and Lyle (Patty) Verville, Oklahoma City, OK; grandchildren: Sarah and Mary; Chris, Julie, and Matt; Aaron and Brendan; and Kathryn; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Doris Cox, Milwaukee, WI.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Ayrest Morin and sister, Geraldine Omundson.
