Harvey G. Smith, 86, of Cavalier, ND, was released from this world on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at Wedgewood Manor in Cavalier. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Trinity Methodist Church in Cavalier, N.D. Visitation will be held an hour before the service at the church.

Harvey was born September 26, 1936, at Grafton, ND, to Gordon and Dorothy (Fraser) Smith. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margaret; sons: Mitchell (Anne) and Donovan; special loved ones and grandchildren; brothers: Murray, Bruce, and Ralph; and sister, Ann.
