Florence Mae Robinson

Florence Mae Robinson, 81, of Cavalier, ND passed away Monday, September 10, 2012, at her home. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, September 15, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Brigid of Ireland Catholic Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held Friday, September 14th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the church. Burial in the St. Brigid's Catholic Cemetery. Florence was born May 27, 1931, at Hallock, MN to William and Florence Godon. She graduated from Pembina High School and attended college at Bemidji State. Florence worked as a telephone operator before marrying Ray Robinson on November 5, 1953, at Hallock. They lived in Hensel, ND before moving to Cavalier. Survivors include her husband, Ray; children: Jack Robinson, Bonnie (Mike) Lewis, and Gary (Delores) Robinson, all of Cavalier, Mary (Bob) Beegle, Sedalia, MO and Mark Robinson, Casper, WY; grandchildren: Christopher and Kelli Lewis; Amy (Kevin) Beaudoin, Naomi (Charles) Magnell, and Sadie Robinson; Justin Beegle, Jennifer (Danny) Hudson, and Kara Beegle; great grandchildren: Kayden, Olivia, Peyton, and Paige brother, Maurice (Kathy)Godon, Fargo, ND. Preceding her in death were her parents; brother, Lawrence Godon; and sister, Rose Mary Lamont. Celebrant: Rev. Fr. Robert Pecotte. Casket Bearers: All of Florence's Grandchildren.
