Evelyn M. O'Keeffe

Evelyn M. O'Keeffe age 91 of Walhalla, ND died on Thursday, January 19, 2006, at the Pembilier Nursing Center, Walhalla, ND. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 21, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Boniface Catholic Church, Walhalla, ND. Visitation will be held Friday, January 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the St. Boniface Catholic Church. Visitation for one hour before the time of service. Burial in the St. Boniface Cemetery. Arrangements with Nelson-Askew Funeral Home, Walhalla, ND.
Evelyn M. Beaudrie was born April 17, 1914, at Backoo, ND to Leo and Emma (Leland) Beaudrie. She grew up and attended school in the Backoo area and graduated from the Division of Supervised Study in Fargo, ND.
On February 8, 1936, she married J. Herman O'Keeffe at Leroy, ND.
She was active in the church, community, and school doing volunteer work.
She is survived by her husband, Herman, Walhalla, ND, son, Dennis "Pat" (Lynne) O'Keeffe, Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Allison Wolf, Sean, Joshua, and Christian O'Keeffe, Kristen Olson, Andrea Stopelstad, Michael O'Keeffe, and Jennifer O'Keeffe, and nine great grandchildren.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, son, Robert O'Keeffe, two brothers, and four sisters.
