Dear Kemp family,
Our deepest sympathy to you all in your loss. I knew Doug's younger siblings. Gayle, I remember after your wedding your mom inviting my mom and me for a glass of iced tea and to view your gifts. Wow! Dennis, I remember you driving by our house on Saturday evenings with your car so clean and shiny. I also remember your home being completely covered by snow and your Uncle Harold and my dad shoveling them out. They were so relieved that they were okay.
The Cavalier community will miss Doug and his many acts of service. May God give you comfort as you face the future without him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

God Bless Doug and his family. I'll remember Doug as an honest and caring man. I knew him from our time serving together in the military and while deployed. I always trusted Doug to be honest and who would do his best. God Bless ....

I deployed with SGT. Kemp to the Persian Gulf during the Gulf War.
SGT. Kemp, was a great soldier, and served as a role model for a young SPC. 4.
RIP SGT Kemp.
