Donna M. Reck

Donna M. Reck, 68, of Cavalier, ND passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015, at Wedgewood Manor in Cavalier. A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cavalier Assembly of God Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 5th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial will be held in the Bruce Cemetery, Neche, ND.
Donna M. Magnuson was born April 25, 1946, at Grand Forks, ND to Emil and Laura (Scheer) Magnuson. Donna graduated from Cavalier High School and then attended Aaker's Business College in Grand Forks. She then returned to the Cavalier area where she and Clarence farmed and raised their two children. Donna worked at Wedgewood Manor and the Pembina County Memorial Hospital. Things she enjoyed were reading and crocheting.
Survivors include her daughter, Shirley (Doug) Storey, Walhalla, ND; stepson, George Reck, Grand Forks, ND; grandchildren: Todd Reck and Natasha Storey; siblings: Helen Magnuson, Dunbar, WI, Emily (Donald) Byski, Ituna, Saskatchewan, Albert Magnusson, Fargo, ND.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Reck, and sister, Betty Perone.
