Delores Sigvaldson

Delores Sigvaldson, 77, of Langdon, ND and formerly of Edmore, ND, passed away June 17, 2007 at the Maple Manor Care Center of Langdon, ND.

Delores Anderson was born August 30, 1929 at Edmore, ND to Harry and Alma Sylvia (Idland) Anderson. Delores and Charles Sigvaldson were united in marriage on April 5, 1947 in Devils Lake, ND. She was active in their farming operation and also sang in church, was active in the Ladies Aide and served as a Sunday School Teacher, and was well known for her good cooking.

Delores is survived by her children: Viola, Edmore, ND; Rodney (Karen), Cavalier, ND; Charles (Karen), Edmore, ND; Dennis (Sue), Brooklyn Park, MN, son-in-law Garald Landsem of Faridale, ND, six grandchildren: Lori, Kevin, Tammy, Ryan, Jennifer and Amber, four great-grandchildren: Madison, Austin, Jadyen and Jared, brothers and sisters: Delphine (Truman) Braaten, Fargo, ND; Carol (Henry) Wright, Fargo, ND; Marlys Anderson, Carlsbad, CA; Bernice (Ralph) Mackey, Edmore, ND; Harriet (Tom) Selleys, Fargo, ND: Shirley (Kermitt) Stein, Oberlin, KS; Sharon (Wesley) Thompson, Coweta, OK; Norman Anderson, Culbertson, MT.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charles, daughter Charlotte Landsem and two infant children, Harry Jr. and Lorraine.

VISITATION Thursday June 21, 2007 beginning at 3:00pm with a 7:00pm Prayer Service all at the Brooks Funeral Home of Langdon, ND.

SERVICES Friday June 22, 2007 at 10:30am at the Concordia Lutheran church of Edmore, ND.
