Barbara A. Kelley

Barbara A. Kelley, 55, of Walhalla, ND, passed away, Monday December 9, 2013, at Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, December 12, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, Neche, ND. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 11th, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier.
Barbara was born on May 12, 1958, in Cavalier, to Fred and Kathleen (Wessels) Kollack. She grew up in Neche, ND where she attended school. On August 8, 1975, she married Darwin Winkler, in Walhalla, ND. After their marriage they lived at Neche. She was currently married to Jimmy Kelley.
She enjoyed gardening, crafts, baking, reading and being outdoors. Her greatest joy was being around her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband: Jimmy; children: Jennifer and Julie Winkler, both of Neche, Jodi Winkler, Raymond, MN; grandchildren: A.J. Winkler, Tristan and Kristine Hannesson, and David Gutierrez, Jr.; Gage Arens; Halie Ebach; mother: Kathleen Kollack, Neche; sister Brenda Rosenau, Cavalier and several nieces and nephews.
Also preceding her in death were her husband Darwin on September 24, 2002 and her father, Fred.
