Audrey S. Horsley

Audrey S. Horsley, 71 of Cavalier, ND passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Funeral services will be Friday, February 9, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Lutheran Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial will be held in the Bruce Cemetery, rural Neche, ND.
Audrey S. Storey was born February 7, 1946 in Crystal, ND to John and Florence (Jerome) Storey. She grew up in Walhalla, ND where she attended school. In 1963, she married Stanley Goulet and together they had three children, Christal, Connie, and Scott. On November 15, 1985, she married Alton Horsley.
Things she enjoyed were canning, playing cards, cross-stitching, and being with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her children: Christal (Brian) Schlecht, Cavalier, ND and Scott (Michelle) Goulet, Sioux Falls, SD; step-children: Tonna Horsely, Fargo, ND, Terri (Jon) Boe, Mapleton, ND, Thomas (Lorrie) Horsley, Neche, ND; grandchildren: Alex, Sally, Jasmin, and Brayson Schlecht; Jordan and Carter Goulet; Megan Ricker and Tasha Rexwinkle; Rebecca Elliot, Dustin Elliot, and Max Boe; Kelsey Buechler, Kieran Koening, and Kylah Horsley; great-grandchildren: Jaidan, Khale, Taylor, Michael, T.J., Kaeson, Hazel, Theo, Easton, Braxtyn, and Weston. Also survived by her siblings: Ron (Norma) Storey, Alan (Marcella) Storey, Tony (Steph) Storey, Dale (Maureen) Storey, Joyce Lafferty, and Pat (Lynn) Holo.
Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Stanley and Alton; daughter, Connie Goulet; and siblings: Hazel Cluchie, Gordon and Hilliard Storey.
