Albert Robinson

Albert J. Robinson age 86, of Cavalier, ND died on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, at the Wedgewood Manor, Cavalier, ND. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. at the United Lutheran Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Jensen-Askew Funeral Home, Cavalier, ND. Burial in the Cavalier Cemetery.
Albert was born August 20, 1921, at Glasston, ND to Joseph and Ada (Bigwood) Robinson. He grew up in the Hensel area and attended the Scheving country school.
On July 26, 1944, he married Aurlie Carignan at Hallock, MN. After working for the John Unke farm for several years the family moved to the Svold area. There Albert farmed and also worked for the Askew family farm. Aurlie died on January 2, 2001. For the past four years he had resided at Wedgewood Manor.
He is survived by children, Duane ( Theresa) Robinson, Drayton, ND and Dennis (Nancy) Robinson, Cavalier, ND; grandchildren, Tammy (Scott) Kuznia, Patti (Cam) Jorgenson, Danny (Kayla) Robinson, Jodi (Jon) Abrahamson, Kevin (Michelle) Robinson, Merlynda (Jason) Hurst, Kaylyn Dalsted, great grandchildren, Kayle, Zachary, Sophie, Ian, Matthew, Jeffrey Krista, Jordan, Colton, Ella, and Kaden; brothers, Ray (Florence) Robinson, Cavalier, ND and George (Donna) Robinson, Lakota, ND.
Also preceding him in death were his parents and siblings, Mary Logsdon, Howard Robinson, and Earl Robinson.
