Agnes Monette

Agnes Monette age 93 of Olga, ND died on Saturday, July 19, 2008, at Altru Hospital, Grand Forks, ND. Mass of Christian burial on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 1 pm at Our Lady of Sacred Heart, Olga, ND. Visitation will be from 5:30 - 7:30 on Tuesday, with a 7;30 pm rosary at the church. Interment at Our Lady of Sacred Heart Cemetery, Olga, ND.
Agnes was born on May 27, 1915 in Belfield, ND to Levi and Katherine (Hurley) Denault. She attended school near Olga, ND.
On November 22, 1941, she married Ernest Monette in Olga, ND. She lived and farmed south of the Olga area.
Ernest died on November 20, 1980. Agnes moved to Grafton, ND in 2005.
Survivors include three sons and three daughters, Albert of Milton, ND, Robert (Mary) of Cavalier, ND, Ella Monette of Grafton, ND, Agnes Braddock of Grand Forks, ND, Walter (Sandy) of Bismarck, ND and Marie Thorsteinson of Grand Forks, ND, 13 grandchildren, 18 great-granchildren, one brother, Donald (Marilyn) Denault of Cavalier, ND and one sister, Adeline Johnson of The Dells, OR.
Agnes is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, one sister, and grandson, Todd Monette.
