Agnes Hodgson

Agnes K. Hodgson, 92, formerly of Cavalier, ND, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015, at the Elim Care Center, Fargo, ND. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 12, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cavalier Evangelical Free Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be at the church for one hour before the time of services. Burial will be held in the Cavalier Cemetery.
Agnes was born September 2, 1923 in Chicago to Charles and Agnes Huber. She grew up in Chicago and graduated from Falkner High School. She graduated from Northwestern College in Minneapolis in 1956, where she met and married Harvey Hodgson on November 3, 1956 and moved to Cavalier, ND, to farm. They lived on the family farm near Cavalier where they raised their three children, Dan, Ruthie, and Jim. She and Harvey attended the Pembina Evangelical Free Church while raising their family. Aggie loved her Lord Jesus Christ. She later lived in Grand Forks, Wahpeton/Breckenridge and then spent her last years at Elim Care Center in Fargo, ND.
Preceding her in death was her husband, Harvey in 2012, her parents, her siblings: Rich, George, Charlotte, Lillian,Lee and Stanley, her daughter, Ruthie Geisler, and great-granddaughter, Natalie Hodgson.
Survivors include her sons: Dan (Sue) Hodgson, Fargo, ND, Jim (Jenny) Hodgson, Bemidji, MN; son-in-law, Tom (Gwen) Geisler, Grand Rapids, MN; grandchildren: Beau (Heidi) Geisler, Cassie (Drew) Viele, Lexi Geisler, Beth (Corey) Weston, Dustin (Amber )Hodgson, Michelle (Daryl) Wallin, Jessica (Max) Philbrook, Joslin (Erik) Johnson, Brandon (Samantha) LaDoux, Chelsea (Zac) Preble, Tarah (Sam) Larson, Josh (Lindsey) Hodgson, Katelyn Hodgson, Brooke (Craig) Larson, Belle (Blaine) Goscha, Brody Geisler, Seri Geisler; and 31 great grandchildren.
